BioHi, I run a young but growing charity which researches dieting and problem eating and seeks strategies for natural and lasting weight control. This combines two of my long standing interests - addictions and change technologies. I am doing a part-time doctorate alongside this unpaid for work and for a living I deliver motivational training and speaking from my own materials. My journal is an oppotunity to offer commentary on general weight related matters outside of the strict empirical confines of formal academic research.
